What does the $199/month plan actually include?
The $199/month floor covers the core platform — one Quickest agent of your choice (typically AI Answering for most shops), basic CRM, lead inbox, and reporting. Most shops upgrade based on which additional pillars they want active and how much call volume they take.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees. No onboarding fees. No "implementation" line items. The price you're quoted is the price you pay each month. The only variable cost is third-party ad spend you authorize us to manage on your behalf (LSA, Google Ads), which goes directly to those platforms — not to us.
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month by default. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — no calls to retention, no 30-day notice, no clawback fees. Annual plans are available at a discount if you want to save, but they're optional.
What affects my price?
Four things: which pillars you turn on (Be Visible, Be Trusted, Be Available, or all three), how many calls and leads you process each month, how many marketing channels you want us to manage, and your shop size. Most shops in the 1–20 person range fall between $199 and $899/month.
Do I need to use all of Quickest, or can I start with one piece?
Start with one. Most shops start with AI Answering because missed calls are the most painful problem, then add Marketing and Reviews once they see the results. Pricing scales as you add capabilities.
What if my call volume changes month to month?
Plans flex with your volume. If you have a slow winter and a busy summer, your plan adjusts so you're not paying for capacity you're not using. Same in reverse — if a storm doubles your call volume one week, your plan covers it without overage charges.
